• Damp Proof Membranes (DPM): Damp proof membranes protect the structure of the building and prevent moisture from rising through the floor. We install high-quality DPMs in accordance with current building regulations, ensuring a continuous and fully sealed barrier across the entire floor area.

  Correct installation is critical — overlaps, penetrations, and junctions are carefully detailed to prevent future issues and provide long-term protection for both the heating system and the finished floor.

• Gas Protection Membranes: Gas membranes are installed where ground conditions require protection against harmful ground gases. These membranes act as a barrier, preventing gases from entering the property through the floor structure.

  We install gas membranes, correctly sealed at joints and service penetrations and integrate them seamlessly with the overall floor build-up, to maintain airtightness and compliance with building control requirements.

• Radon Membranes: In areas identified as radon-affected, a dedicated radon membrane is essential for occupant safety. We install radon-resistant membranes that provide an effective barrier while maintaining the integrity of the floor construction.

  Where required, membranes can be combined with ventilation systems and correctly linked to wall DPCs to create a continuous protective envelope throughout the building.
